What is Hybrid Personal Training?

Just as the name implies, hybrid personal training is a multifaceted approach that combines both in-person training and remote training utilizing the SlicePT Training App and optional Hybrid Training Studio, or your health club. With this style of training, you’ll work with your trainer in person but the frequency of those face-to-face sessions is dependent on how you wish to create your package. Between sessions, when you’re not training physically alongside your trainer, you’ll stay connected to them through remote training-- prescribed workouts for you to accomplish on your own. The workouts come with video instructions, nutrition goals, check-ins, etc. through SlicePT's personal training software. With hybrid personal training, you get the face time you want or need, and you receive programming and accountability between sessions to help you reach your goals without seeing your trainer as frequently, saving you time and money.
