SLICEPT TRAINERS WILL TEACH YOU HEALTHY MEAL HABITS, THE PROPER WAY TO EXERCISE, AND WE WILL ADD HEALTHY HABITS TO YOUR LIFESTYLE CREATING A NEW, HEALTHIER YOU.

    • PHASE 1: STABILITY AND MOBILITY TRAINING​​

    • AEROBIC-BASE TRAINING

  2. WE WILL IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH:​

    • PHASE 2: MOVEMENT TRAINING​

    • AEROBIC-EFFICIENCY TRAINING

  3. WE WILL IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS:​

    • PHASE 3: LOAD TRAINING​

    • ANAEROBIC-ENDURANCE TRAINING

  4. WE WILL IMPROVE PERFORMANCE (ATHLETES):

    • SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING​

    • ANAEROBIC-POWER TRAINING

    • MOST CLIENTS DO NOT REACH THIS LEVEL OF TRAINING UNLESS THEY HAVE A SPECIFIC ATHLETIC GOAL.
